• Built inventory and expiry tracking across 3,000+ medicine and injection variants, giving staff live stock visibility for the first time.
• Built a reporting layer that turned daily sales and stock movement into summaries management could act on.
• Structured and maintained the full medicine and injection database, and ran day-to-day administration and troubleshooting as the pharmacy's single technical point of contact.
