A services platform for Bangladeshi migrant workers — housing, jobs, answers and an AI assistant, in the languages they actually read.

Problem
Migrant workers leaving Bangladesh navigate housing, jobs and paperwork through word of mouth and scattered Facebook groups. Nothing consolidated the information, and nothing spoke their language once they landed.
Outcome
A production platform covering housing listings, job boards, a structured FAQ corpus, community threads and an AI assistant — with the Qatar corridor live first and further corridors structured behind it.

Pharmacy POS & Inventory

Replaced a paper counter at a diabetic association pharmacy with a point-of-sale, stock and reporting system covering 3,000+ medicine variants.

Problem
Cumilla Diabetic Association's pharmacy billed by hand. Stock levels and expiry dates lived in a staff member's memory, and management had no view of daily sales.
Outcome
Point-of-sale and billing at the counter, live stock and expiry visibility across the full catalogue, and a reporting layer that turned daily movement into summaries management could act on.

A training programme that takes people with no engineering background to a shipped web application — delivered to government, NGO and corporate rooms.

Problem
AI coding tools arrived faster than anyone's ability to teach them. Organisations wanted their teams building, not watching demos.
Outcome
Over 1,000 learners through online cohorts and offline workshops, with sessions run for Bangladesh Ansar & VDP, UCEP Bangladesh under a UNICEF-funded workshop, TCEL and EDGE Bangladesh.

A standing benchmark harness: every model release runs the same task battery across cloud APIs and local runtimes before it gets near production.

Model choice was being made on release-day hype. Picking wrong meant either overpaying for a frontier model on a trivial task or shipping hallucinations to learners.

How the work actually gets made

Four rules, learned the expensive way. Below them, a working miniature of the decision the benchmark practice exists to answer.

The review step is the product

Anything a model writes gets read for accuracy, hallucination and tone before it reaches a learner, a client or production. The generation is cheap; the judgement is the work.

Prompt systems, not prompts

Reusable context templates hold output consistent across code, content and teaching material. A prompt that only works once has not been designed, it has been guessed.

The cheapest model that clears the bar

Every release gets benchmarked across cloud APIs and local runtimes on the same task battery. Frontier capability is reserved for tasks that actually need it.

Teach the habit, not the tool

The tools turn over every quarter. The habits — scope it, template it, review it, ship it — survive the churn, so that is what a thousand learners get taught.
